性能用途：
硫化堿母液蒸發(fā)阻垢劑是由有機(jī)膦酸鹽、膦羧酸、聚羧酸類阻垢分散劑、降粘劑、表面活性劑等組成。該產(chǎn)品能有效的減緩芒硝-硫化堿法來生產(chǎn)硫酸鋇產(chǎn)生的硫化堿母液在蒸發(fā)時(shí)產(chǎn)生的硫酸鋇、硫酸鍶、碳酸鋇、碳酸鎂等結(jié)垢。藥劑通過螯合增容、晶格修辭等作用，達(dá)到阻垢作用，分散劑還會(huì)與蒸發(fā)器表面所結(jié)污垢發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)，使之不易在蒸發(fā)器表面沉淀附著，剝離老垢。保證了蒸發(fā)器表面清潔，提高熱傳導(dǎo)速度，延長設(shè)備使用壽命和清洗周期。
對(duì)抑制硫化堿母液或油田污水中硫酸鋇、硫酸鍶、碳酸鋇、碳酸鎂的析出或沉淀有很好的效果。
使用方法：將SGR1106專用阻垢分散劑在加藥罐中稀釋后通過計(jì)量泵，按計(jì)量隨廢水一起加入蒸發(fā)器或油田管道中，也可直接加入原液。一般用量為40～50ppm，根據(jù)水質(zhì)情況確定具體用量。藥劑使用之前應(yīng)將加藥箱和管線置換沖洗干凈，避免影響使用效果。
包裝貯運(yùn)：用25kg、200 kg、1000kg塑料桶包裝，存放于陰涼干燥處，貯存期十二個(gè)月，搬運(yùn)時(shí)小心輕放，防止撞擊。
